LCCC's distance education degrees consist of at least 80% online content. Schedules are subject to change each semester, however, most programs offer a combination of fully online, hybrid, day or evening courses. A hybrid course is a combination of online course work and traditional classroom lecture/lab. Any on campus requirements are listed in Self Service and in class listings information on the distance education web site. You can also find this information on your semester schedule.
Online section designations:
- Sections 701, 702, 703 - Online sections. Some courses may require an onsite mid-term or final exam.
- Sections 7H1, 7H2, 7H3 - Hybrid sections. Combines face-to face instruction along with online course work. See schedule for specific meeting days/times.
- Sections 7V1, 7V2, 7V3 - Virtual online sections. Requires specific meeting days/times in a live, online environment. Classes held using a web conferencing platform with faculty instruction.
