April is Community College Month!

The deadline for Fall 2020-Spring 2021 scholarship applications has been extended to Thursday, April 30. Applications can be completed and submitted online at https://studentportal.luzerne.edu/scholarship/#sch

President Thomas P. Leary will hold online presidential chat sessions every Monday, from noon to 1 p.m.

Campus Candids - Black History Month Activities

In recognition of February as Black History Month, the LCCC Diversity Council hosted a program, "Selma to Montgomery" featuring Jim Gavenus, LCCC assistant professor, Communication Arts. Gavenus shared his photography and discussed the history of Selma, Alabama, and the men and women who marched for voting rights. Nursing students from the Mary Gill Carrozza, R.N. School of Nursing and Health Sciences at the Francis S. and Mary Gill Carrozza, R.N. Health Sciences Center held a community project on Black History Month at the Campus Center and the Library hosted a display in honor of Black History Month.
