Upcoming PA Vehicle Emissions Testing for Licensed Mechanics Courses
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has developed a web-based training program/test for technicians to become certified in Pennsylvania Vehicle Emissions. Students should download and study the Emissions training materials from the PA Training Portal website and call 570.740.0480 for a testing appointment. The test proctoring fee is $25.00, payable at the time of the exam by MC, Visa, or Discover, check, or money order. Applicants are required to show a valid Pennsylvania driver's license prior to taking the test.
