Position Title: PT All One Recovery Education Institute (AREI) Facilitator (Grant Funded until July 22, 2021)

Position Classification: Part-Time Administration

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  1. Education - Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred.

  2. Experience - One (1) year experience in student services or a related field.

  3. Skills - Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; ability to organize, prioritize and problem solve; collaborate with staff; effective listening, probing and assessment skills; computer skills required.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Assists with the operations and delivery of supportive services and activities of the AREI; help facilitate successful AREI students' onboarding to the College; assists in all activities and supportive services to help retain and graduate AREI students; conduct Single Stop assessment and support; refer students to appropriate sources of information, departments and outside agencies that provide needed services; collaborates with academic and student support personnel in assisting students with problem-solving activities; assists with all grant activities; help advise students regarding educational programs, course offerings and college services; assists with the coordination of new student orientation activities and student assistance programs; assists with compiling reports as needed; must be willing to work flexible hours to include some evenings, weekends and at dedicated center locations as needed; performs other related duties as assigned.

    Entry Salary: $22.28/hr

    Standard Work Week: 25 hours
